現在是聖誕季，東方來的星象家是耶穌誕生故事裡的重要角色，今天和接下來幾天，我們要來談談可以從星象家學到的功課。
今天讀的經文告訴我們，上帝賜給星象家一個徵兆來帶領他們找到耶穌，這個徵兆是一顆星，星象家忠心順服上帝的指示，朝著那顆星前去。
在第12節我們讀到：「在夢中，上帝指示他們不要回去見希律，於是他們從另一條路回自己的家鄉去。」星象家再一次忠心順服上帝的指示，走另一條路回去家鄉。
就像星象家一樣，我們也要忠心順服上帝，要獻上一生去做上帝吩咐我們做的事，並且避免去做上帝說的錯事。我希望今天你會忠心順服上帝並跟隨祂。 —GT

Wise Men (1)

We are now in the Christmas season. The wise men are important characters in the story about Jesus' birth. Today and for the next few days we will talk about some lessons that we can learn from the wise men.
Our Bible verses tell us that God gave the wise men a sign to lead them to Jesus. That sign was a star. The wise men faithfully obeyed God and followed the star.
In verse 12 we read, “But God warned the wise men in a dream not to go back to Herod. So they went home to their own country a different way.” Again the wise men faithfully obeyed God and took a different route home.
Like the wise men, we should faithfully obey God. We should devote our lives to doing what God tells us to do and avoiding things that God says are wrong. I hope you are faithfully obeying God and following Him today. —GT

“Now, if you will be careful to obey the Lord your God and follow all his commands that I tell you today, the Lord your God will put you high above all the nations of the earth.” Deuteronomy 28:1
