服事上帝
聖經閱讀：詩篇119:41-48 現代中譯本|合和本

當我閱讀今天的經文時，我想到了幾個可以服事上帝的方法。 　第一，這些經節告訴我，我可以藉著瞭解上帝的教導來服事上帝。「我要繼續遵行你的法律，直到永遠」(第44節)，並且「我遵守你的教導」(第45b節) 。 　當我們瞭解了上帝的教導，我們就可以跟別人分享這些教導，這也是服事上帝的第二個方法──去告訴每一個人耶穌的事情，以及上帝的救贖計劃。 　最後一個我們可以服事上帝的方法，就是將我們的時間、我們的才能、和我們所擁有的分享給其他人。當我用這個方式服事上帝時，我們就和祂更加親近，也同時更遠離世俗。 　想一想你可以用什麼方式去服事別人。你要跟隨耶穌謙卑服事人的樣式，並求上帝告訴你今天有哪些人需要你的服事。 —NW 「我以遵行你的命令為樂，因為我喜愛它。我尊重並喜愛你的誡命；我要思想你的教誨。」 詩篇119:47-48b 禱告：天父，今天當我服事祢的時候，請幫助我跟別人分享祢的愛。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (EHI譯/台南聖教會英語團契)

When I read our Bible verses for today, I think about several ways that I can serve God. 　First, these verses show me that I can serve God by knowing His teachings. “I will follow your teachings forever and ever” (verse 44) and “I do my best to know your instructions” (verse 45b). 　When we know God’s teachings, we can share them with other people. That’s the second way we can serve God — by telling everyone about Jesus and God’s plan of salvation. 　The last way we can serve God is by sharing our time, our talents and our possessions with other people. When we serve God this way, we become closer to Him and less involved in the world. 　Think about ways that you can serve other people. Follow Jesus’ example of humble service.
