傳遞好信息
聖經閱讀：詩篇141:1-10 現代中譯本|合和本

　雖然我是重聽，但我用口語跟人溝通，所以照顧好自己的口腔是一件很重要的事。我天天刷牙、使用牙線清潔，也去給牙醫師洗牙。
我們可以使用嘴巴來傳遞好信息，像是鼓勵人、唱歌讚美上帝，或是禱告，但是有時候我們會用嘴巴來傳遞不好的訊息，我們會說別人的閒話、說謊話，或是說傷害別人的話。

今天經文閱讀的第3節說：「上主啊，求你管制我的口；求你把守我的嘴唇。」不論是用口來說話，或是用手來比手語，務必確定你傳遞的信息蒙上帝喜悅。我們需要上帝幫助我們掌管發出的信息。
今天想一想你所傳遞的信息，上帝是否喜悅你的話語或手語呢？—CW*

Good Communication

Even though I am hard-of-hearing, I use my voice to communicate with people. So it is very important that I take care of my mouth. I brush my teeth and floss every day, and I have my teeth cleaned by the dentist.
We can use our mouths to communicate good things like encouraging someone, singing praises to God or praying. But sometimes we can use our mouths to communicate in a bad way. We can gossip, tell lies or say hurtful things to other people.

Verse 3 of our Bible Reading says, “Lord, help me control what I say. Don't let me say anything bad.” Whether you use your voice to speak or you use your hands to sign, you need to make sure that your communication pleases God. We need God to help us control our communication.
Think about your communication today. Is God pleased with your words and your signs? —CW*

“When you talk, don't say anything bad. But say the good things that people need — whatever will help them grow stronger. Then what you say will be a blessing to those who hear you.” Ephesians 4:29

PRAYER: Father, I want my communication to glorify You. In Jesus' name. Amen.
