還記得昨天的靈修內容嗎？藉著耶穌的能力，彼得醫治了一個生來就跛腳的人。人們很驚訝並且想不通這件事怎麼可能發生，他們想知道彼得是如何擁有能力來讓這個人起來走路。 　彼得告訴這些人，是上帝的大能使這個人能夠走路，在今天經文的第16節，彼得說：「我們因信他的名，他的名便叫你們所看見所認識的這人，健壯了；正是他所賜的信心，叫這人在你們眾人面前全然好了。」 　上帝今天仍然是滿有能力的嗎？是的，祂是！要繼續相信上帝並信靠祂，也要堅定你對祂的信心，當在你的或別人的生命中看見或經歷到上帝的大能力時，要將頌讚和榮耀歸給祂，並且去告訴別人你曾經看見或經歷過的上帝的大能。 －CPE* 「上帝的神能已經把我們過敬虔生活所需的一切給了我們；這恩賜是藉著認識那位呼召我們來分享他自己的榮耀和善德的上帝而得的。」 彼得後書1:3 禱告：親愛的上帝，我知道祢依然是全能的神，今天，我要倚靠祢的大能。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (林威妮譯)

Remember yesterday’s devotion? With the power of Jesus, Peter healed a man who had been crippled. People were amazed and did not understand how this could happen. They wondered how Peter had power to make the man walk. 　Peter told the people that it was God’s power that made the man walk. In verse 16 of our Bible Reading, Peter said, “This crippled man was healed because we trusted in Jesus. It was Jesus’ power that made him well. You can see this man, and you know him. He was made completely well because of faith in Jesus. You all saw it happen!” 　Is God still powerful today? Yes, He is! Continue to believe in God and trust in Him. Keep your faith in Him. When you see or experience God’s power in your life or another person’s life, give Him praise and honor. And tell others about the power of God that you have seen or experienced. —CPE* “Jesus has the power of God. And his power has given us everything we need to live a life devoted to God. We have these things because we know him. Jesus chose us by his glory and goodness.” 2 Peter 1:3 PRAYER: Dear God, I know You are still All-Powerful. I depend on Your power today. In Jesus’ name.
