大家都一樣
聖經閱讀：加拉太書3:27-29 現代中譯本|合和本

小時候，我跟媽媽會在五月的第一天做「五月籃」送給一些朋友，我們決定要送一個裝滿糖果的提籃給一位剛從北非搬到鎮上的女士。
我勇敢地走到她家的門口、按了門鈴，當她開門時，我把提籃送給她並努力解釋送五月籃的習俗。但是她不太懂英文，她從提籃裡拿出糖果後就將提籃退還給我，然後關上門。我含著眼淚跑回車上，這是我第一次跟不同文化的人接觸的經驗。
當我想到要永遠跟其他基督徒同住的時候，我不用擔心不同的文化和習俗，因為今天閱讀的經文告訴我們，身為基督徒，在基督裡大家都是一樣的，無論是男或是女，是住在印度或是挪威，我們都將共享天堂的祝福與榮耀。今天就讚美上帝賜下救贖恩典！ —JK

禱告：親愛的上帝，謝謝祢使所有的基督徒在耶穌裡都一樣。奉主的名，阿們！

All The Same
Bible Reading: Galatians 3:27-29

　When I was young, my mother and I made May baskets on May 1st to give to some friends. We decided to give a candy-filled basket to a woman who had just moved to our town from North Africa.
I bravely walked to the door
and rang the doorbell. When she answered, I gave her the basket and tried to explain the custom of giving May baskets. But she did not understand English very well. She took the candy from the basket, gave me back the basket and shut the door. I ran back to the car in tears. That was my first experience with someone of a different culture.
When I think about living forever with other Christians, I don't have to worry about other cultures and customs. Our Bible verses today tell us that as Christians, we are all the same in Jesus. It doesn't matter if we are a man or a woman or if we live in India or Norway. We will all share in the blessings and glories of heaven. Praise God today for His wonderful gift of salvation! —JK

PRAYER: Dear God, thank You that all Christians are the same in Jesus. In His name. Amen.
