說英語的人使用字母系統來書寫，而中國人和日本人則使用漢字。每一個漢字是由許多所謂的「筆劃」所構成的小圖形，每一個字有不同的讀音和意思，有時候一個字有多個讀音，也有好幾個意思！ 　有些人從來沒有聽說過上帝的慈愛，也沒有機會讀聖經，但是上帝已經讓我們所有人有一顆渴望認識祂的心。今天閱讀的經文告訴我們，上帝已經賜給我們一切能幫助我們認識祂的方法，而認識上帝最重要的方法就是透過讀經。我們也可以在四周美麗的環境中看見上帝，上帝也已經在中文裡放置了許多有趣、關於祂的計劃和慈愛的字。在接下來的幾天，我們要來看一些這樣的例子。 　今天就看看你的四周來發現上帝的榮美和慈愛！ —KP 「上帝那看不見的特性，就是他永恆的大能和神性，其實從創世以來都看得見，是由他所造的萬物來辨認出來的。所以人沒有甚麼藉口。」 羅馬書1:20 禱告：親愛的上帝，謝謝祢賜給我渴慕認識祢的心。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

People who speak English use an alphabet to write their words. People from China and Japan use characters. Each of these characters is a tiny picture made up of many lines called “strokes.” Each character has a different name and meaning, and sometimes a character has more than one name and several meanings! 　Some people have never heard about God's love or had a chance to read the Bible. But God has made all of us to have a deep desire to know Him. Our Bible Reading tells us that God has given us things to help us learn about Him. The most important way to learn about God is through the Bible. We can also see God in the beautiful world around us. God has also placed many interesting signs of His plan and love in the Chinese language. Over the next few days we will see some examples of this. 　Look around you today and see God's beauty and love! —KP “There are things about God that people cannot see — his eternal power and all that makes him God...They are made clear in what God has made.
