耶穌經常被擁擠的群眾包圍，有些人想要看耶穌是因為好奇心，其他人則想要向他學習，而還有一些人是希望耶穌醫治他們。今天的經文告訴我們耶穌是如何來回應這些人。第36節說：「當他看見一群群的人，動了惻隱之心；因為他們孤苦無助，像沒有牧人的羊群一般。」 耶穌那時做了什麼呢？祂愛那些人，耶穌對他們動了惻隱之心並且幫助了他們。耶穌只醫治了其中一些人，但祂鼓勵並教導所有的人；耶穌希望每一個人都認識上帝的愛。 今天就去服事別人、鼓勵他們。而最重要的是去告訴他們，上帝藉著祂的獨生子耶穌賜下的奇妙救恩禮物。你是否願意學像耶穌呢？ —JK 「要傳福音，不管時機理想不理想都要傳，用最大的耐心勸勉，督責，鼓勵，教導。」 提摩太後書4:2

Jesus was often surrounded by crowds of people. Some people wanted to see Jesus because they were curious. Others wanted to learn from Him. And some people wanted Jesus to heal them. Our Bible Reading today tells us how Jesus responded to these people. Verse 36 says, “Jesus saw the many people and felt sorry for them because they were worried and helpless — like sheep without a shepherd to lead them.” What did Jesus do? He loved the people. Jesus felt sorry for them and helped them. Jesus healed some people, but He encouraged and taught all people. Jesus wanted everyone to know about God’s love. Serve other people today. Encourage them. And most of all, tell them about God’s wonderful gift of salvation through His Son, Jesus. Will you be like Jesus? —JK “Tell everyone God’s message. Be ready at all times to do whatever is needed. Tell people what they need to do, tell them when they are doing wrong, and encourage them. Do this with great patience and careful teaching.”2 Timothy 4:2
