　雙筒望遠鏡是賞鳥時很棒的工具，它可把鳥放大，好讓我們可以更清楚地看牠們。雙筒望遠鏡幫助我們辨識所觀察的是哪一種鳥。
使用雙筒望遠鏡近距離賞鳥是沒問題的，但有時候我們會太仔細去看自己的問題，這讓我們的問題看起來比原來的還大，似乎大到讓我們感到害怕，我們擔心這些問題永遠無決解決。
今天經文閱讀的第3節說：「上主至大，應該大受頌讚；他的偉大無法測量。」上帝真的要比我們的問題更為重要，當我們專注在上帝和祂的話語時，我們的問題就顯得非常、非常的渺小。
今天你的生命是否有問題？不要想著你的問題、不要擔心，要開始仰望上帝，祂會幫助你並處理你的問題。 －GT

Binoculars

Binoculars are great for watching birds. They make the birds appear bigger so we can see them more clearly. Binoculars help us identify the kind of birds we are looking at.
Using binoculars to look closely at birds is fine. But sometimes we look at our problems too closely. Then our problems seem bigger than they really are. They seem so big that we become afraid. We worry that the problems will never go away.
Verse 3 of our Bible Reading says, “The Lord is great and deserves all our praise! No one can fully understand his greatness!” God is truly bigger than our problems. When we keep focused on God and His Word, our problems seem very, very small.
Do you have problems in your life today? Don't think about your problems and worry. Start looking to God. He will help you and take care of your problems. —GT
