聖經閱讀：詩篇37:3-7 現代中譯本|合和本

　我會將禱告寫在禱告筆記本裡。有一天，我正在為一件上帝還沒回應的事熱切禱告，我發現在禱告的時候，我會握緊著禱告筆記本。
這個經驗讓我明白，當向上帝禱告祈求時，我喜歡緊握著那些請求事項，為什麼呢？因為我還不能完全信靠上帝，讓祂按著祂的方式和時間來回應我的禱告，我認為我的答案才是最好的。現在，當我禱告時，我會將禱告筆記本放在桌上，這提醒我要真的把禱告的請求交託給上帝、讓祂來照顧我。
經文閱讀的第5節說：「要把你自己交託上主；信靠他，他會幫助你。」倚靠上帝的意思是，將所有的一切交託給祂──我的工作、我的家庭、我的財產，以及我的心！
今天就倚靠上帝，信靠祂並等候祂回應你的禱告！ －BH

「要信靠上主，努力行善；安居在這片土地上，享受康寧。」 詩篇37:3

禱告：天父，我將所有一切交託給祢，而且我會等候你回應我的禱告，謝謝祢！奉耶穌的名，阿們！

prayer
requests in
my prayer
notebook.
One day I was
praying very
hard about something that God had not answered. I noticed that while I was praying I was holding tight to my notebook.
That experience made me realize that when I share my prayer requests with God, I like to hold onto those requests. Why? Because I do not completely trust God to answer my prayer in His way and His time. I think that my answer is the best one. Now when I pray, I put the notebook down on my table. That reminds me to truly give my prayer requests to God and let Him take care of me.
Verse 5 of our Bible Reading says, “Depend on the Lord. Trust in him, and he will help you.” Depending on God means giving everything to Him — my job, my family, my possessions and my heart!
Depend on God today. Trust Him and wait for Him to answer your prayers. —BH

“So trust in the Lord and do good. Live on your land and be dependable.” Psalm 37:3

PRAYER: Father, I give You all that I have. And I will wait for You to answer my prayers. Thank You! In Jesus' name. Amen.
