我的生活非常忙碌，有時候一天中有很多事情要做。我將心力專注在人和要做的事情上，然後就沒有時間禱告或讀經。 　今天閱讀的經文告訴我們馬利亞和馬大兩姊妹的事情。當耶穌來到她們的屋子裡，馬大正忙著準備食物、處理家事，但馬利亞卻只坐著聽耶穌說話。 　馬大生氣馬利亞沒有幫她，所以耶穌對馬大說：「馬大！馬大！你為許多事操心忙亂，但是只有一件是不可缺少的。馬利亞已經選擇了那最好的；沒有人能從她手中奪走」（第41b-42節）。 　撒旦希望我們分心，他不要我們專注於上帝並為祂的國度工作。我們必須每天讀經禱告來幫助我們親近上帝。 　別讓世上的事物使你分心，今天就專注於上帝！ —CL 「我們要注視耶穌，因為他是我們信心的創始者和完成者。」 希伯來書12:2a 禱告：主，今天我願花時間來思想祢，祢是我生命中最重要的。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (陳萍萍譯)

Life is Busy

My life is very busy. Sometimes I have many things to do during the day. I focus on other people and the things I must do. Then I don’t have time to pray or to read my Bible. 　Our Bible Reading today tells us about two sisters, Mary and Martha. When Jesus came to their house, Martha was busy preparing food and taking care of the house. But Mary sat and listened to Jesus. 　Martha was upset that Mary did not help her. So Jesus said to Martha, “Martha, Martha, you are getting worried and upset about too many things. Only one thing is important. Mary has made the right choice, and it will never be taken away from her” (verses 41b-42). 　The devil wants to distract us. He does not want us to focus on God and work for His kingdom. We need to pray and read the Bible every day to help us keep close to God. 　Don’t be distracted by things in the world. Keep your focus on God today. —CL “We must never stop looking to Jesus.
