有時候我遇到的問題讓我不知所措，當這種情況發生時，我甚至不知道要向上帝禱告什麼，所以就沒有大聲跟上帝說話，而是寫一封信給祂。也許寫信對你來說有點奇怪，但是它可以幫助我冷靜下來，而且不再那麼害怕。無論我們用什麼方式跟上帝溝通都沒關係，這真是奇妙。祂聆聽我們的聲音，也看我們的手語，上帝知道我們的想法，祂甚至可以讀我寫給祂的信。 今天經文的第22節非常安慰人心：「把重擔卸給上主，他一定扶持你；他絕不讓義人失敗。」當我在困難的時候，這節經文幫助了我，然後我就想起，上帝要我將問題交託給祂。 上帝的愛和大能是無止盡的，這也是為什麼在生命中的任何狀況我們都可以信靠祂。今天就用一點時間向上帝禱告或是寫一封信給祂，祂會留心聆聽你並且幫助你。 —CW* 「要把一切憂慮都卸給他，因為他關心你們。」 彼得前書5:7

Sometimes I become overwhelmed with my problems. When that happens, I don’t even know what to pray to God. So instead of talking out loud to God, I write Him a letter. Maybe writing a letter seems strange to you, but it helps me calm down and not feel so afraid. It is wonderful that it doesn’t matter how we communicate with God. He hears our voices and sees our signs. God knows our thoughts, and He can even read the letters I write to Him. Verse 22 of our Bible Reading is very comforting. “Give your worries to the Lord, and he will care for you. He will never let those who are good be defeated.” This verse helps me when I am having a difficult day. Then I remember that God wants me to give Him my problems. God’s love and power are not limited. That’s why we can trust Him in every situation of our lives. Take time today to pray or write a letter to God. He will pay attention to you and help you. —CW* “Give all your worries to him, because he cares for you.”1 Peter 5:7
