保持謙卑

基督徒跟上帝對話是非常重要的。在今天的聖經閱讀中，耶穌教導祂的信徒認識「禱告」。 　聖經閱讀的第9-13節告訴我們該如何禱告，但是在第5-8節，耶穌談到我們禱告時的態度。耶穌使用一些人當例子，這些人喜愛禱告好讓別人可以看見他們，他們唯一想要的就是得到觀眾的稱讚。這些人並不謙卑，耶穌警告祂的信徒不可像這些人一樣。 　接著耶穌告訴我們（第6節）：「你禱告的時候，要進你的內室，關上門，向在隱密中的天父禱告。那位看得見你在隱密中做事的天父一定會獎賞你。」一個能這樣做的人，就是一個謙卑的人。 　我鼓勵你每天跟上帝訴說你對祂的讚美和請求，記得上帝了解你，也知道你的需要。今天，當你跟上帝說話時，要保持謙卑。 —PN* 「上帝愛你們，揀選了你們作他的子民。所以，你們要有憐憫、慈愛、謙遜、溫柔，和忍耐的心。」 歌羅西書3:12 禱告：上帝，今天請幫助我保持謙卑。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

Be Humble

It is very important that Christians talk to God. In our Bible Reading today, Jesus taught His followers about prayer. 　Verses 9-13 of our Bible Reading show us how we should pray. But in verses 5-8, Jesus talked about our attitude when we pray. Jesus used the example of people who love to pray so that other people can see them. All these people want is to receive praise from the people who watch them pray. These people are not humble. Jesus warned His followers to not be like these people. 　Then Jesus tells us (verse 6), “But when you pray, you should go into your room and close the door. Then pray to your Father...He can see what is done in private, and he will reward you.” A person who does this is a humble person. 　I encourage you to share your praises and requests with God every day. Remember that God knows you and knows your needs. Be humble as you talk with God today. —PN* “God has chosen you and made you his holy people. He loves you.
