耶穌的福音從耶路撒冷傳揚開來，遍及猶大各地，直到撒馬利亞。今天經文的第14節告訴我們，「在耶路撒冷的使徒聽見撒馬利亞人領受了上帝的信息，就派彼得和約翰到他們那裏去。」當彼得和約翰到達撒馬利亞時，他們禱告祈求那些相信的人會從聖靈得著特別的能力，這個特別的能力會幫助撒馬利亞的基督徒去說服別人相信，他們所說的、關於耶穌的信息是真實的。 當我們成為基督徒時，我們就領受了聖靈的禮物。祂來住在我們裡面，賜給我悟性和力量。隨著我們屬靈生命的成長，聖靈幫助我們每天順服上帝，並向其他人分享祂的信息。 今天，就倚靠聖靈賜給你力量和鼓勵。 —SH* 「彼得告訴他們：『你們每一個人都要悔改，並且要奉耶穌基督的名受洗，好使你們的罪得到赦免，你們就會領受上帝所賜的聖靈。』」 使徒行傳2: 38

The Holy Spirit

The Good News about Jesus spread from Jerusalem throughout Judea and to Samaria. Verse 14 of our Bible verses tells us that “the people of Samaria had accepted the word of God. So they sent Peter and John to the people in Samaria.” When Peter and John arrived in Samaria, they prayed that the believers would receive special power from the Holy Spirit. This special power helped the Samaritan Christians to convince people that their message about Jesus was true. When we become a Christian, we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. He comes to live in us and give us understanding and strength. As we grow spiritually, the Holy Spirit helps us to obey God every day and to share His message with other people. Rely on the Holy Spirit to give you strength and encouragement today. —SH* “Peter said to them, ‘Change your hearts and lives and be baptized, each one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Then God will forgive your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:38
