有些猶太人對彼得和約翰感到生氣，他們不喜歡彼得和約翰向猶太人傳講耶穌、傳講人會從死裡復活的事情。彼得和約翰就被捉拿、下到監獄裡。 　隔天，猶太領袖在許多人面前審問彼得和約翰，當時彼得被聖靈充滿，他毫不懼怕的說話並回答問題。 　今天的經文第13節說：「猶太的領袖們看見彼得和約翰那麼勇敢，又曉得他們是沒有受過甚麼教育的平常人，十分希奇，就理會到這兩人原是跟隨過耶穌的。」 　你並不需要有特別的訓練才能向別人分享耶穌，而你如何讓別人知道你是「跟隨過耶穌的人」呢？就花時間來禱告、閱讀並研究聖經，這樣，你就不會害怕用口語或用手語來傳講耶穌了。－CPE* 「可是，彼得和約翰回答他們：『在上帝面前，聽從你們對，或是聽從上帝對呢？你們自己判斷吧！我們所看見所聽到的，不能不說出來。』」 使徒行傳4:19-20 禱告：親愛的上帝，求祢賜給我勇氣去向別人分享祢的話語。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (林威妮譯)

Some Jewish people were upset with Peter and John. They did not like Peter and John telling the Jews about Jesus and that people will rise from the dead. Peter and John were arrested and put in jail. 　The next day, the leaders questioned Peter and John in front of many people. Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit. He was not afraid to speak and answer the questions. 　Verse 13 of our Bible Reading says, “The Jewish leaders understood that Peter and John had no special training or education. But they also saw that they were not afraid to speak. So the leaders were amazed. They also realized that Peter and John had been with Jesus.” 　You do not need to have special training to share Jesus with others. How can you show people that you have “been with Jesus”? Spend time in prayer. Read and study the Bible. Then you will not be afraid to speak or sign about Jesus. —CPE* “But Peter and John answered them, ‘What do you think is right? What would God want? Should we obey you or God? We cannot keep quiet. We must tell people about what we have seen and heard.’” Acts 4:19-20 PRAYER: Dear God, give me courage to share Your Word with others.
