教會的任務是什麼？聖經清楚告訴我們設立教會的目的。 　在今天的聖經經節中，我們讀到耶穌在升天與上帝同在之前，對門徒所說的最後幾句話。耶穌告訴門徒：「所以，你們要去，使萬國萬民都作我的門徒，奉父、子、聖靈的名給他們施洗，並且教導他們遵守我所給你們的一切命令。」（19-20a節）這就是教會的任務。 　上帝希望所有人都跟隨祂、敬拜祂，身為基督徒，我們應該出去傳揚並分享福音給其他人。我們有責任要在本地、在全國各地、並在國際間分享耶穌的福音。我們可以向鄰居分享耶穌的福音，也可以幫助那些在其他國家救助窮人和孤兒的宣教士。 　今天我要挑戰你去向某人分享耶穌的福音。就走出去經歷上帝對全人類的愛吧！—JS* 「門徒出去，到處傳福音；主與他們同工」 馬可福音16:20a 禱告：天父，今天請讓我知道如何向別人分享你的愛。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (KCC譯/台南聖教會英語團契)

What is the mission of the church? The Bible clearly tells us the purpose of the church. 　In our Bible verse today, we read some of the last words Jesus spoke to His disciples before He went away to be with God in heaven. Jesus told the disciples, “So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach them to obey everything that I have told you to do” (verses 19-20a). That is the mission of the church. 　God wants all people to follow and worship Him. As Christians, we need to reach out and share this Good News with other people. We have a responsibility to share about Jesus locally, nationally and internationally. We can tell our neighbors about Jesus as well as help missionaries who work with poor people and orphans in other countries. 　I challenge you to share the news about Jesus with someone today.
