聖經閱讀：約翰福音3:14-17 現代中譯本|合和本

如果木匠手上只有一把槌子，那麼有很多的工作他都做不了；木匠需要使用很多工具來完成他的工作。 　就像木匠，我們也有很多工具可以用來幫助我們分享耶穌的福音。我使用的工具之一就是今天要閱讀的經文，這些經節說明了上帝為何差遣耶穌為我們而死，第16節說：「上帝那麼愛世人，甚至賜下他的獨子，要使所有信他的人不致滅亡，反得永恆的生命。」 　我也使用我稱為「救恩ABC」的工具來分享耶穌的福音：A)承認你是罪人，B)相信耶穌，以及C)承認耶穌是你的救主。這三道程序是開始向人解釋上帝救恩的一個好方法，然後你可以加上像是使徒行傳2:38的經節，其中有談到悔改和洗禮；再加上啟示錄2:10b，這經節提醒我們要對上帝保持忠心。 　請使用上帝賜給你的工具來分享祂的愛和救恩的信息。—GT 「因為上帝差遣他的兒子到世上來，不是要定世人的罪，而是要藉著他來拯救世人。」 約翰福音3:17 禱告：天父，我期待耶穌再來的那一天。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (SDL譯/台南聖教會英語團契)

If a carpenter only has a hammer, there are many jobs he cannot do. Carpenters need many tools to do their work. 　Like carpenters, we have many tools we can use to help us share the Good News about Jesus. One tool I use is our Bible Reading today. These verses explain why God sent Jesus to die for us. Verse 16 says, “Yes, God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him would not be lost but have eternal life.” 　I also use what I call the “ABCs of Salvation”: 1) Admit you are a sinner, 2) Believe in Jesus, and 3) Confess that Jesus is your Lord. These three steps are a good way to begin explaining God’s salvation. Then you can add Bible verses such as Acts 2:38 which talks about repentance and baptism, and Revelation 2:10b which reminds us to stay faithful to God. 　Use the tools God has given you to share His love and message of salvation. —GT “God sent his Son into the world.
