上帝，我的力量

有時候我會忘記應該讓上帝來掌管我的生活，我沒有信靠祂，反而倚靠自己的能力。我變得驕傲，不再倚靠上帝，我以為我可以自己處理所有的問題。但很快我就犯了錯，才明白我需要上帝來掌管我的生活。 　詩篇第73篇的作者知道上帝才是他真正的力量，他對上帝說（第23-25節）：「然而，我仍然跟你在一起；你不斷地用手扶持我。 你以勸告輔導我，最後還要接待我，使我得光榮。除你之外，在天上我還有誰呢？既有了你，在地上我還要誰呢？」 　今天你或許需要做一些重要的決定，你也許必須解決一些問題，你是會倚靠自己的技術和知識呢？還是會倚賴那位堅強而且大有能力的上帝？ 　今天別忘了要倚靠上帝的幫助和回應。－RH 「上帝是我的救主；我要信賴他，我不懼怕。上主是我的力量，是我的能力；他是我的救主。」 以賽亞書12:2 禱告：主啊，今天我願放下自己的驕傲來倚靠祢。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (林威妮譯)

God, My Strength

Sometimes I forget that God should be in control of my life. Instead of trusting Him, I depend on my own strength. I become proud, and I stop relying on God. I think that I can handle all my problems by myself. But soon I make mistakes and realize that I need God to be in control of my life. 　The writer of Psalm 73 knew that God was his true strength. He told God (verses 23-26), “But I am always with you. You hold my hand. You lead me and give me good advice, and later you will lead me to glory. In heaven, God, I have only you. And if I am with you, what on earth could I want?” 　Probably you will have to make some important decisions today. And you may need to solve some problems. Will you depend on your own skill and knowledge? Or will you depend on God, Who is powerful and strong? 　Don’t forget to trust God for help and answers today. —RH “God is the one who saves me. I trust him, and I am not afraid. The Lord Yah is my strength. He saves me, and I sing songs of praise about him.” Isaiah 12:2 PRAYER: Lord, I want to put away my pride and depend on You today.
