在以弗所書裡，有好幾次保羅都為以弗所的基督徒禱告，其中的一個禱告是在今天所讀的經文裡。保羅在第16節說：「我就不斷地為你們感謝上帝。我在禱告中提到你們。」這是一個值得我們跟隨的好榜樣。我們應當為其他基督徒禱告，祈求上帝使他們剛強；而且我們應當告訴這些基督徒，我們正在為他們禱告。 我們要怎麼為其他基督徒禱告呢？保羅禱告祈求這些人認識並瞭解上帝的真理，好讓他們更認識祂。然後，當他們瞭解了上帝的真理，他們就會擁有從上帝而來的盼望和祝福。 或許你可以將你的基督徒朋友和家人列一張表，花時間為他們禱告，祈求上帝幫助他們每天更認識祂。 —BH 「我也求上帝開啟你們的心眼，好使你們知道：他呼召你們來得的盼望是甚麼；他所應許給他子民的產業是多麼豐富。」 以弗所書1:18
禱告：上帝，謝謝祢在我生命裡賜下許多基督徒朋友，求祢幫助我每天為他們禱告。奉耶穌的名，阿們！

Ephesians Prayer (1)

Several times in the book of Ephesians, Paul prays for the Christians in Ephesus. One prayer is found in our Bible verses today. Paul starts verse 16 by saying, “That is why I always remember you in my prayers and thank God for you.” This is a great example for us to follow. We should pray for other Christians and ask God to strengthen them. And we should tell these Christians that we are praying for them. How should we pray for others? Paul prayed that these people would know and understand God’s truths so that they would know Him better. Then, when they understand God’s truths, they will have the hope and blessings that come from God. Maybe you can make a list of your Christian friends and family. Take time to pray for them. Ask God to help them know more about Him every day. —BH “I pray that God will open your minds to see his truth. Then you will know the hope that he has chosen us to have. You will know that the blessings God has promised his holy people are rich and glorious.” Ephesians 1:18
PRAYER: God, thank You for Christians in my life. Help me to pray for them every day. In Jesus’ name. Amen. |
