我和我的先生在讀高中時就開始交往，我們相戀並希望能結婚。但是，我還有兩年的學業要完成，因此我的未婚夫就應徵加入了軍隊。 　我的未婚夫已經離開了好長一段時間，我們彼此都非常想念對方。在那個時候，電話費很貴，所以我們就寫情書給對方。我們在信中計劃我們的婚禮，而在他回來的兩個禮拜後，我們就結婚了。 　現在，我和我先生已經結婚56年了，我們不再彼此寫情書，而是喜歡閱讀上帝在聖經裡寫給我們的情書。聖經裡有很多經節都告訴我們上帝有多麼愛我們，今天經文的第9節說：「上帝差他的獨子到世上來，使我們藉著他得到生命；上帝用這方法顯示他愛我們。」 　你也可以閱讀上帝寫給你的情書，上帝的信息會幫助你知道祂有多麼的愛你！ —DJH* 「上帝那麼愛世人，甚至賜下他的獨子，要使所有信他的人不致滅亡，反得永恆的生命。」 約翰福音3:16 禱告：親愛的上帝，謝謝祢這麼愛我。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (姜冠群譯)

My husband and I dated in high school. We fell in love and wanted to get married. But I needed to finish two more years of school. So my fiance enlisted in the army. 　My fiance was gone for a long time. We missed each other very much. Back then it was expensive to talk on the phone, so we wrote love letters to each other. We planned our wedding through our letters. Two weeks after he returned home, we were married. 　My husband and I have now been married fifty-six years. Instead of writing letters to each other, we enjoy reading God’s love letters to us in the Bible. Many verses in the Bible tell us about how much God loves us. Verse 9 of our Bible Reading says, “This is how God showed his love to us: He sent his only Son into the world to give us life through him.” 　You can read God’s love letters to you, too.
