罪的黑暗

有很多年，我都依靠藥物和酒精來讓自己舒服一點，我離群索居，我感到寂寞，並且活在靈性的黑暗當中。 　最後，我終於明白我有了大問題，所以就參加了一個康復計劃，而人就變得清醒了。但是，就算我不再嗑藥、不再喝酒，我仍然活在罪的黑暗中。康復計劃和那些幫助我的人並不能移除我生命中的罪。 　然後有人來跟我傳講耶穌。在今天經文的第12節，耶穌說：「我是世界的光；跟從我的，會得著生命的光，絕不會在黑暗裏走。」於是我決定，我需要耶穌來將光帶進我的生命中。 　今天，你是否也遇到了罪的問題呢？不要想倚靠人或是計劃來除去你生命中的罪，而要信靠耶穌和祂的奇妙救恩禮物。 —DG* 「耶穌說：『我就是道路、真理、生命；要不是藉著我，沒有人能到父親那裏去。』」 約翰福音14:6 禱告：上帝，謝謝祢賜下耶穌除去我生命中的黑暗。奉主的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

Darkness of Sin

For many years, I depended on drugs and alcohol to make me feel good. I withdrew from other people. I was lonely and living in spiritual darkness. 　Finally I realized that I had a big problem. So I joined a rehab program and became sober again. But even though I stopped taking drugs and drinking alcohol, I was still living in the darkness of sin. The rehab program and the people who helped me could not remove the sin from my life. 　Then someone told me about Jesus. In verse 12 of our Bible Reading, Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never live in darkness. They will have the light that gives life.” I decided that I needed Jesus to bring light into my life. 　Are you facing sin problems today? Don’t depend on people or programs to remove the darkness from your life. Depend on Jesus and His wonderful gift of salvation! —DG* “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life.
