聖經閱讀：啟示錄21:1-7 現代中譯本|合和本

在我家的雙胞胎還沒出生之前，我太太跟我每一年都去渡假。我們會看到一些迷人的東西，交到新朋友，也會嚐試新奇的食物。雖然我們擁有美好的時光，但幾天之後，我們就開始想要回家了，我們想要跟家人和朋友在一起。 　過聖誕節也有類似的感受，我們感覺到我們實在不屬於這個人世間，我們希望能到達人生的終點，跟上帝永遠同住。 　今天經文的第3b-4節描述了我們跟上帝同住的天家的樣子：「上帝的家在人間了！他要和人住在一起，而他們要作他的子民。上帝要親自與他們同在，要作他們的上帝。他要擦乾他們每一滴眼淚；不再有死亡，也沒有悲傷、哭泣，或痛苦。以往的事都已經過去了。」 　今天就停下腳步想一想跟上帝永遠同住會是什麼樣子，並且因著最後能回到天家的那一天而感謝讚美上帝吧！—BL 「得勝的人可以領受這些，就是：我要作他的上帝；他要作我的兒子。」 啟示錄21:7 禱告：親愛的上帝，想到可以回家到祢那裡，我就很興奮。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

Before our twins were born, my wife and I went on a vacation every year. We saw fascinating things, made new friends and ate new foods. Although we had a great time, after several days we would start thinking about going home. We wanted to be with our family and friends. 　Christians experience a similar feeling. We feel that we truly do not belong here on earth, and we want to arrive at our final destination and live forever with God. 　Verses 3b-4 of our Bible Reading describe what our home with God will be like. “Now God’s home is with people. He will live with them. They will be his people. God himself will be with them and will be their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death, sadness, crying, or pain. All the old ways are gone.” 　Stop and think today what it will be like to live forever with God. Praise and thank Him for that day when you will be home at last! —BL “All those who win the victory will receive all this.
