復活

一直以來，我們談了復活和其他一些似乎不可能發生的事情，而當這些事發生時，人們都很驚訝。 　但是最令人驚訝的事還沒發生。未來的某一天，耶穌會再來並接祂的信徒去跟祂永遠同住，而那些已經死去的基督徒將會復活。所有信主的人都會有新生命，而且不會再死去。 　在今天的經文中，耶穌正跟一大群人說話，祂稱自己是「生命的食糧」（第35b節）。然後耶穌說，祂來到世上是上帝的旨意，最後，耶穌說：「因為父親的旨意是要使所有看見兒子而信他的人獲得永恆的生命；在末日，我要使他們復活」（第40節）。 　上帝希望世上的每一個人都跟從並順服祂，祂希望所有人都有復活的機會。今天就讚美上帝賜下永生的應許。 －SH* 「接著，我們這些還活著的人都要跟他們一起被提到雲裏，在空中跟主相會。從此，我們就永遠跟主在一起了。」 帖撒羅尼迦前書4:17b 禱告：天父，謝謝祢賜下永生的應許。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

Resurrection

We have been talking about resurrection and other things that seem impossible to us. When these things happen, people are amazed. 　But the most amazing thing is yet to come. Some day Jesus will come back and take His followers to live with Him forever. Those Christians who have died will be resurrected. All Christians will have a new life and never die again. 　In our Bible Reading today, Jesus was talking to a large group of people. He called Himself the “bread that gives life” (verse 35b). Then Jesus said that it was God’s will that He come to earth. Finally, Jesus said, “Everyone who sees the Son and believes in him has eternal life. I will raise them up on the last day. This is what my Father wants” (verse 40). 　God wants every person in the world to follow and obey Him. He wants all people to have the opportunity to be part of the resurrection. Praise God today for His promise of eternal life. —SH* “We will be taken up in the clouds and meet the Lord in the air.
