詩篇第136篇是一首讚美上帝的美麗詩歌，在這詩篇的每26小節後面，作者都會說：「他的慈愛永遠長存」。 　在整首詩歌裡，作者談到上帝所做的事。這些事告訴我們，上帝愛祂的百姓，並且祂持續愛他們直到永遠。 　第4節說，上帝行了奇妙的神蹟。第5-9節提醒我們上帝的創造——天空、大地、海洋、日、月、星辰。詩篇第136篇其餘的經節則讚美上帝為祂的百姓——以色列民，所做的事。 　身為基督徒，我們應該很容易可以列出上帝為我們所行的奇妙作為。也許今天你可以花一些時間來思想上帝為你所做的事，而且要記得「祂的慈愛永遠長存」。—ECW 「要感謝上主，因他至善；他的慈愛永遠長存。要感謝萬神之神；他的慈愛永遠長存。要感謝萬主之主；他的慈愛永遠長存。」 詩篇136:1-3 禱告：天上的父，祢真實地祝福了我並且照顧我，謝謝祢豐盛的慈愛。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (CCS譯/台南聖教會英語團契)

Psalm 136 is a beautiful psalm of praise to God. After each of the 26 verses in this psalm, the writer says, “His faithful love will last forever.” 　Throughout the psalm, the writer talks about things that God did. These things show us that God loves His people, and He will continue to love them forever. 　Verse 4 says that God has done wonderful miracles. Verses 5-9 remind us about the things God created — skies, land, seas, sun, moon and stars. The rest of the verses in Psalm 136 praise God for things that He did for His people, the Israelites. 　As Christians, it should be easy for us to list the wonderful things God has done for us. Maybe you can take time today to think about what God has done for you. And remember that “His faithful love will last forever.” —ECW “Praise the Lord because he is good.
