讚美祂！
聖經閱讀：路加福音19:35-40 現代中譯本|合和本

當我望向屋外，我總是看到許多提醒我要讚美上帝的東西。在後院餵鳥器上啄食的燕八哥好像在讚美上帝並感謝祂賜下食物。在我房子附近的湖上，美洲蛇鵜站著展開牠們的翅膀，看起來就好像一個高舉雙臂讚美上帝的人。 　今天的經文閱讀談到耶穌進入耶路撒冷，許多門徒聚集起來讚美祂，一些法利賽人告訴耶穌：「老師，命令你的門徒安靜吧！」（39b節），但耶穌回答說：「我告訴你們，他們要是不作聲，這些石頭也會呼喊起來」（40b節）。 　耶穌是在說，如果我們不讚美上帝，自然界的東西也會起來讚美祂，這提醒我們應該常常為上帝所成就的事感謝讚美祂。 　今天就花時間想想所有上帝已經為你成就的美好事情，然後說：「恩主，因著祢的一切，也因著祢為我所成就的一切，我讚美?！」 「天父，是配得一切榮耀、讚美和愛。要讚美上主！」 詩篇150:6 禱告：天父，祢配得我們所有的尊榮、讚美和愛。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (王熙瑤譯)

When I look outside my house, I always see things that remind me to praise God. Blackbirds eating at my backyard bird feeder seem to be praising God and thanking Him for their food. On the lake near my house, anhinga birds stand and spread their wings. They look like a person lifting his arms and praising God. 　Today's Bible Reading talks about Jesus entering Jerusalem. Many followers gathered to praise Him. Some of the Jewish leaders told Jesus, “Teacher, tell your followers not to say these things” (verse 39b). But Jesus answered, “I tell you, if my followers didn't say them, these stones would shout them” (verse 40b). 　Jesus was saying that if we don't praise God, then things in nature will praise Him. This reminds us that we should always be praising and thanking God for what He has done. 　Take time today to think about all the wonderful things God has done for you. Then say, “I praise You, Lord, for all that You are and for all that You have done for me!” —SAH “Everything that breathes, praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!” Psalm 150:6 PRAYER: Father, You are worthy of all our honor, glory and love. In Jesus' name. Amen.
