牙線幫助我們去除牙齒的菌斑和食物殘渣，如果不使用牙線，牙齒和牙周也許就會害病、衰弱。牙齒和牙周不健康，就沒辦法工作了。 　聖經就像「屬靈的牙線」，讀經並遵守聖經的教導幫助我們去除生活中的壞習慣、錯誤的態度和驕傲。讀經和禱告幫助我們抵擋魔鬼並在靈性上剛強。 　今天經文閱讀的第16節談到上帝的話語：「全部聖經是受上帝靈感而寫的，對於教導真理，指責謬誤，糾正過錯，指示人生正路，都有益處。」當我們每天閱讀並查考聖經時，我們就更親近上帝。 　我希望你正在使用「屬靈的牙線」，天天讀經並跟上帝說話！—GT 「要使事奉上帝的人得到充分的準備，能做各種善事。」 提摩太後書3:17 禱告：親愛的上帝，謝謝祢透過祢的恩典拯救我。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

Dental Floss

Dental floss helps us remove sticky plaque and small bits of food from our teeth. If we don't use dental floss, our teeth and gums may become diseased and weak. When our teeth and gums are not in good health, they can't do their jobs. 　The Bible is like “spiritual dental floss.” Reading and obeying the Bible helps us clean away bad habits, wrong attitudes and pride in our lives. Reading the Bible and praying helps us to resist the devil and stay strong spiritually. 　Verse 16 of our Bible Reading talks about God's Word. “All Scripture is given by God. And all Scripture is useful for teaching and for showing people what is wrong in their lives. It is useful for correcting faults and teaching the right way to live.” When we read and study the Bible every day, we grow closer to God. 　I hope you are using your “spiritual dental floss.” Read the Bible and talk to God every day! —GT “Using the Scriptures, those who serve God will be prepared and will have everything they need to do every good work.”2 Timothy 3:17 PRAYER: Dear God, thank You for saving me through Your grace.
