當我還是一個小男孩的時候，我有一輛玩具曳引車。那時我跟祖父一起住在他工作的大學校園裡，我的任務就是踩著曳引車巡視校園，確定一切都沒有問題。現在，身為一個已成年的基督徒，我有了一個不同的任務。我的任務可以在今天經文的第2節找到：「要傳福音，不管時機理想不理想都要傳，用最大的耐心勸勉，督責，鼓勵，教導。」 每一天，我都必須預備好去傳講耶穌和上帝的救贖計劃，我並不一定要到外國，在我住的附近就有很多人需要知道如何尋求生命的平安和滿足。 無論今天你要去什麼地方，要記住你的任務，就是去分享耶穌的福音！—TD* 「所以，你們要去，使萬國萬民都作我的門徒，奉父、子、聖靈的名給他們施洗」 馬太福音28:19
禱告：天上的父，今天我願向人分享耶穌的福音。奉耶穌的名，阿們！

Tell Everyone!

When I was a little boy, I had a small John Deere tractor. I lived with my grandparents on the college campus where my grandfather worked. It was my mission to pedal my tractor around campus and make sure everything was okay. Now, as a Christian adult, I have a different mission. My mission is found in verse 2 of our Bible Reading today. “Tell everyone God’s message. Be ready at all times to do whatever is needed. Tell people what they need to do, tell them when they are doing wrong, and encourage them. Do this with great patience and careful teaching.” Every day I need to be ready to tell people about Jesus and God’s plan of salvation. I don’t have to go to a foreign country. There are many people right in my neighborhood who need to know how to find peace and satisfaction in life. Wherever you go today, remember your mission to share the Good News about Jesus! —TD* “So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I want to share the Good News about Jesus with people today. In Jesus’ name. Amen. |
