對上帝的愛

今天和接下來的幾天，我們會來看看聖經中各種不同的愛──對上帝的愛、對朋友的愛、對家人的愛、對耶穌的愛，以及上帝對我們的愛。 　今天的經文中，我們讀到上帝要亞伯拉罕獻上他的兒子以撒作為祭品。亞伯拉罕跟他的妻子撒拉等了好多年才得到一個兒子，當以撒出生的時候，他們非常高興，但是上帝卻要亞伯拉罕殺死以撒。 　最重要的是，亞伯拉罕愛上帝，這就是驅使他帶以撒上山並準備殺死他的原因。上帝阻止了亞伯拉罕殺以撒，但是經由這件事，亞伯拉罕向上帝表明了他有多麼愛祂，同時，亞伯拉罕也讓上帝看見了他的信心，他相信上帝會照顧他。 　你有多愛上帝呢？上帝也許不會要你犧牲你的孩子，但祂也許會要你成為宣教士，或者獻出你的時間和金錢來幫助其他人。今天，就想一想你對上帝的愛。 —JK 「你們要全心、全情、全力愛上主─你們的上帝。」 申命記6:5 禱告：親愛的上帝，我愛?，我也願向祢表明我的愛。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (林煜茹譯)

Today and for the next several days, we will look at different kinds of love in the Bible — love for God, love for friends, love for family, love for Jesus and God’s love for us. 　In our Bible Reading, we read that God asked Abraham to offer his son, Isaac, as a sacrifice. Abraham and his wife, Sarah, waited many years to have a son. They were so happy when Isaac was born. But then God asked Abraham to kill Isaac. 　Most of all, Abraham loved God. That’s what made him take Isaac up on the mountain and prepare to kill him. God stopped Abraham from killing Isaac. But through this, Abraham showed God how much he loved Him. And Abraham also showed God he had faith that God would take care of him. 　How much do you love God? Probably God will not ask you to sacrifice your child, but He may ask you to be a missionary or give your time and money to help other people.
