上帝對我們的愛

愛的最佳典範就是上帝對我們的愛，上帝用很多方式來向我們表達祂的愛，今天我們要來看其中的一小部份。 　創世記告訴我們，上帝創造了這個世界，每一天我們都可以觀察四周並看見上帝美好的創造。上帝造了太陽使我們保持溫暖並提供我們光線，祂也造了植物好讓我們有東西吃。上帝又造了動物來幫助我們、使我們快樂。 　上帝也藉由回應我們的禱告並供應我們每日所需來向我們表達祂的愛。馬太福音6:31-32說：「所以，不要為我們吃甚麼、喝甚麼，或穿甚麼操心…你們的天父知道你們需要這一切東西。」 　但是，上帝向我們表達愛的最偉大方式就在今天的經文中。上帝是如此地愛我們，甚至賜下祂的獨生子耶穌為我們的罪而死。因為耶穌為我們而死，所以我們才有機會白白領受上帝的救恩禮物。今天，就因著上帝奇妙的愛而感謝祂！—JK 「所以，我們知道，並且相信上帝愛我們。」 約翰一書4:16a 禱告：上帝，謝謝祢愛我。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (林煜茹譯)

God’s Love for Us

The greatest example of love is God’s love for us. Today we will look at a few of the many ways God shows us His love. 　The book of Genesis tells us that God created the world. Every day we can look around us and see the wonderful things God has made. God made the sun to keep us warm and to give us light. He made plants so we can have food to eat. God made animals to help us and make us happy. 　God also shows us His love by answering our prayers and providing for us every day. Matthew 6:31-32 says, “Don’t worry and say, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’...Don’t worry because your Father in heaven knows that you need all these things.” 　But the greatest way God shows His love is found in our Bible Reading today. God loves us so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die for our sins. Because Jesus died for us, we have the opportunity to accept God’s free gift of salvation.
