聖經閱讀：希伯來書11:8-10 現代中譯本|合和本

當我準備出去旅行時，有幾件事情是我想要知道的。我想要知道我要去哪裡、到那裡的路要怎麼走。我也想知道這一趟旅程要花多少時間。今天聖經閱讀的第8節說：「由於信心，亞伯拉罕順服上帝的召喚，去到上帝應許要賜給他的地方。他離開本國的時候，並不知道要到哪裏去。」 創世記第12章告訴我們，亞伯拉罕帶著他的家人、僕人、家產、和所有的家畜，走了一段很長的路途到達一個新的地方。亞伯拉罕並不知道他要往哪裡去，也不知道要如何到達那裡。亞伯拉罕並不是瘋了！他對上帝有信心，相信上帝會帶領他，並且會賜給他一個新的居住地方。 有時候，上帝會交給我們一項工作，但是我們或許並不瞭解該如何完成這項工作。我們需要相信上帝，並且倚靠祂來帶領和保護我們。 今天就相信上帝，祂會用最正確的方式來帶領你。 —JK 「藉著信心，他(亞伯拉罕)居住在上帝所應許的地方。」 希伯來書11:9a

When I am traveling, there are several things I want to know. I like to know where I am going and the exact route I will take to get there. I like to also know how long the trip will take. Verse 8 of our Bible Reading says, “God called Abraham to travel to another place that he promised to give him. Abraham did not know where that other place was. But he obeyed God and started traveling because he had faith.” Genesis, chapter 12, tells us that Abraham took his family, his servants, his belongings and his animals on the long journey to a new place. Abraham did not know where he was going or how he was going to get there. Abraham was not crazy! He had faith that God would lead him and give him a new place to live. Sometimes God gives us a job to do, but we may not understand how we will be able to complete the job. We need to have faith in God and depend on Him to lead and protect us. Have faith in God today.
