愛人的誡命

聖經中有很多地方，上帝命令我們要愛祂，也要去愛人。有一次人們問耶穌，什麼是最重要的誡命？耶穌引用舊約聖經的經文來回答他們。 　在今天的經文閱讀中，耶穌說最重要的誡命就是我們要愛上帝和愛人。耶穌在第40節說，所有聖經中的法則都是以這兩條誡命為根據。羅馬書13:8-10告訴我們，如果我們真的願意順服上帝，就一定要愛人。 　在約翰福音中，耶穌命令祂的門徒要彼此相愛，祂說，我們一定要這麼做才可以跟隨祂。耶穌又說，我們是藉著愛上帝和愛人來讓人知道我們是耶穌的信徒（約翰福音13:35）。 　約翰一書第3和第4章說，如果我們想要跟隨耶穌，就必須愛上帝和愛人。如果我們真的是屬耶穌的人，就會遵從祂的命令去愛人。 —MK 「他的命令就是：我們必須信他的兒子耶穌基督的名，而且照基督的命令彼此相愛。」 約翰一書3:23 禱告：天父，我願愛祢、順服祢，並以愛待人。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

Many times in the Bible, God commands us to love Him and also to love other people. One time people asked Jesus what the greatest commands were. Jesus answered by quoting verses from the Old Testament. 　In our Bible Reading today, Jesus said that the greatest commands are for us to love God and to love other people. Jesus said in verse 40 that ALL the laws in the Bible come from these two commands. Romans 13:8-10 tells us that if we truly want to obey God, we must love others. 　In the book of John, Jesus commanded His followers to love each other. He said that we must do this so we can follow Him. Jesus also said that people will know we follow Jesus by the way we love God and others (John 13:35). 　Chapters 3 and 4 of 1 John explain that if we want to follow Jesus, we must love God and others.
