美國手語中有一個手勢常常被用來表達「完成」的意念。「你做功課了嗎？」如果功課做好了就使這個「完成」的手語。 　「成了！」可能是耶穌死去前說的最後一句話，耶穌用祂的聲音說：「成了！」（約翰福音19:30）。什麼事完成了呢？是上帝要把人從罪中拯救出來的計劃完成了。 　在上帝創造世界之前，祂就計劃將人從罪中拯救出來。上帝為了祂兒子耶穌的到來工作了好幾千年來預備這個世界。當耶穌死在十字架上時，這個計劃中上帝的部份就完成了。 　現在輪到你來完成上帝計劃中屬於你的部份。你必須做什麼來完成你的部份呢？請讀馬可福音16:16、羅馬書10:9，以及整本使徒行傳。上帝已經完成了祂的部份，現在換你完成你的部份！ —DK 「彼得告訴他們：你們每一個人都要悔改，並且要奉耶穌基督的名受洗，好使你們的罪得到赦免，你們就會領受上帝所賜的聖靈。」 使徒行傳2:38 禱告：親愛的上帝，祢行了大事來拯救我，現在我要完成我的部份來成就祢的計劃。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (江惠蓉譯)

“It is Finished”

American Sign Language has a sign that is often used for the concept “finished.” “Did you do your homework?” “Finished” is the sign to use if the homework is done. 　“It is finished” may be the last words Jesus said before He died. Jesus said with His voice, “It is finished” (John 19:30). What was finished? God’s plan for saving people from sin was finished. 　Before God made the world, He made a plan to save people from sin. God worked for thousands of years to prepare the world for the coming of His Son, Jesus. God’s part of the plan was finished when Jesus died on the cross. 　Now it is your turn to complete your part of God’s plan. What must you do to finish your part? Read Mark 16:16, Romans 10:9 and all of the book of Acts. God finished His part.
