我不知道有多少次在聖經裡看到「頌讚上主」這個詞，然而在詩篇裡，「頌讚上主」被提到很多次，所以這一定是一件非常重要、我們要去做的事！ 　詩篇的作者一再地頌讚上帝，而且他們列出很多頌讚上帝的理由。今天經文閱讀的第8a節說：「上主慈悲仁愛，……滿有不變的愛。」因著上帝的憐憫和慈悲，我們應當讚美祂。 　第12節給了我們另一個當讚美上帝的理由：「東離西多遠，他使我們的罪離開我們也那麼遠。」這個經節告訴我們，當上帝赦免了我們的罪時，罪就永遠消失了！第14a節告訴我們，上帝「他知道我們的形體」，上帝甚至在我們出生前就認識我們了。這是另一個讚美上帝的理由。 　今天就把詩篇看過一遍，我相信你會找到很多理由來讚美上帝！ －CW* 「我的靈啊，要頌讚上主！要用整個身心頌讚他的聖名！我的靈啊，要頌讚上主，不要忘記他的仁慈。」 詩篇103:1-2 禱告：上帝，祢配得我們的讚美；因著祢所成就的一切，我們讚美祢。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

I do not know how many times we find the words “praise the Lord” in the Bible. But praising God is mentioned many times in the book of Psalms. So it must be a very important thing for us to do! 　The people who wrote the book of Psalms praised God many times. And they listed many reasons for praising God. Verse 8a of our Bible reading says, “The Lord is kind and merciful. He is patient and full of love.” We should praise God for His compassion and mercy. 　Verse 12 gives us another reason we should praise God. “And he has taken our sins as far away from us as the east is from the west.” This verse tells us that when God forgives our sins, they are gone forever! Verse 14a tells us that God “knows all about us.” God knew us even before we were born. That is another wonderful reason for praising God. 　Look through the book of Psalms today. I am sure you will find many more reasons to praise the Lord! —CW* “My soul, praise the Lord! Every part of me, praise his holy name!
