耶穌教導門徒如何禱告，但是祂同時也藉著自己的禱告生活來教他們禱告。今天經文的第16節說：「耶穌卻退到僻靜的地方去禱告」。耶穌走過很多地方，祂花很多時間跟人相處，但是耶穌經常需要獨處來跟上帝說話。 當耶穌禱告的時候，祂領受了力量和勇氣，同時也讓上帝來帶領祂。現今，我們花時間跟上帝在一起是非常重要的；世界有很多讓我們分心的事，我們必須遠離這些讓我們分心的事，而只跟上帝獨處。 今天就跟上帝說話，告訴祂你的想法和問題，祈求祂帶領你、保護你。就讓禱告成為你一天中的重要部份。 —BH 「第二天一早，天還沒亮，耶穌就起來，離開屋子，到一個偏僻的地方去，在那裏禱告。」 馬可福音1:35
禱告：親愛的上帝，今天我願花時間與祢相處，我願專注於祢和祢的話語上。奉耶穌的名，阿們！

Jesus taught His disciples how to pray. But He also taught them about prayer through His own prayer life. Verse 16 of our Bible Reading says, “Jesus often went away to other places to be alone so that he could pray.” Jesus traveled to many places, and He spent a lot of time with other people. But often Jesus needed to be alone and talk with God. When Jesus prayed, He received strength and encouragement. He also allowed God to guide Him. Today it is very important for us to spend time with God. There are many distractions in the world. We need to get away from these distractions and just be alone with God. Talk to God today. Tell Him your thoughts and problems. Ask Him to guide you and protect you. Make prayer an important part of your day. —BH “The next morning Jesus woke up very early. He left the house while it was still dark and went to a place where he could be alone and pray.” Mark 1:35
PRAYER: Dear God, I want to spend time with You today. I want to focus on You and Your Word. In Jesus’ name. Amen. |
