耶穌做了什麼 (10)

過去幾天，我們已經談了一些耶穌所做的事情。今天，我想要談耶穌為什麼要做這些事情。 　今天的經文用這一句話來起頭：「你們要以基督耶穌的心為心」，然後這些經節告訴我們耶穌所做的一些事情。祂自願放棄跟上帝同等的地位，而成為一個在人世間的僕人。耶穌既謙卑又順服，祂甚至願意死在十字架上。為什麼耶穌要做這些事情呢？因為祂很愛我們！ 　約翰一書3:16a說：「基督為我們犧牲生命，從這一點，我們知道甚麼是愛。」耶穌是這麼愛我們，甚至願意為我們死，好讓我們可以得赦免，並與祂共享永生。耶穌並不會只愛有錢人、漂亮的人、或成功的人，祂愛每一個人！ 　今天，我要挑戰你是否能學像耶穌。要謙卑並且去服事別人，要順服上帝並像耶穌那樣去愛其他人。 —JK 「為要尊崇耶穌的名，天上、人間，和地底下的眾生都得向他下拜」 腓立比書2:10 禱告：天父，謝謝祢賜下耶穌的榜樣。請幫助我學像祂。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

For the past few days we have talked about things that Jesus did. Today I want to talk about why Jesus did those things. 　Our Bible verses today begin with these words: “In your life together, think the way Christ Jesus thought.” Then these verses tell us some things that Jesus did. He gave up His place with God and became a servant on earth. Jesus was humble and obedient. He was even willing to die on a cross. Why did Jesus do these things? Because He loves us so much! 　1 John 3:16a says, “This is how we know what real love is: Jesus gave his life for us.” Jesus loves us so much that He was willing to die so we can have forgiveness and eternal life with Him. Jesus doesn’t just love rich or beautiful or successful people. He loves everyone! 　I challenge you to be like Jesus today. Be humble and serve other people. Obey God and love other people the way Jesus loved. —JK “God did this so that every person will bow down to honor the name of Jesus.
