今天閱讀的經文告訴我們，以色列人在埃及為奴，他們很辛苦地工作，但是埃及人對他們很惡劣。 　以色列人向上帝哭求幫助，第7節說：「上主說：我已經看見我的子民在埃及受虐待；我已經聽見他們渴望掙脫奴役的哀號。我知道他們的痛苦。」上帝告訴摩西，祂會拯救以色列人並將他們從埃及人手中解救出來，後來上帝差派摩西到埃及去幫助以色列人。 　我們都有呼求上帝幫助的時候，也許我們生病了，或者正在經歷離婚的痛苦，也許我們丟了工作，或財務上有了困難，但是上帝垂聽我們的禱告，就像祂垂聽以色列人一樣，祂看見我們的困難和痛苦，祂關心我們。 　當遇到困難時我不需要擔心，因為我知道上帝愛我，祂會幫助我。你也可以知道上帝會幫助你。 —CW* 「上帝是我們的避難所和力量，是我們患難中隨時的幫助。」 詩篇46:1 禱告：親愛的上帝，謝謝祢保護我、幫助我。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (江惠蓉譯)

Our Bible Reading today tells us that the Israelites were slaves in Egypt. They worked very hard, but the Egyptians treated them very badly. 　The Israelites cried out to God for help. Verse 7 says, “Then the Lord said, ‘I have seen the troubles my people have suffered in Egypt, and I have heard their cries when the Egyptians hurt them. I know about their pain.'” God told Moses that He would save the Israelites and free them from the Egyptians. God sent Moses to Egypt to help the Israelites. 　We all have times when we call out to God for help. Maybe we are sick or going through a divorce. Or maybe we lost our job or have financial difficulties. God hears us, just like He heard the Israelites. He sees our problems and pain, and He is concerned about us. 　I don't need to worry when I face troubles. I know that God loves me, and that He will help me. You can know that God will help you, too.—CW* “God is our protection and source of strength.
