有一陣子我遇到了許多困難，我努力解決了一個問題，另一個問題就接著發生。在那一段時間，上帝把其他人帶到我的生命中，這些人以愛和仁慈對待我、鼓勵我，他們幫助我面對困難。 　這些對我好的人是在跟我分享上帝的愛，他們用得自其他基督徒的鼓勵來激勵我。 　我願意去鼓勵灰心的人，我願意去用愛和仁慈對待他們──就像其他基督徒對我所做的一樣。但是如果我想這麼做，我就必須留意今天經文的第3節：「不要自私自利，不要貪圖虛名，要彼此謙讓，看別人比自己高明。」 　你知道有人需要鼓勵、仁慈和愛嗎？今天就求上帝幫助你去鼓勵他們。 －CW* 「不要只顧自己，也要關心別人的利益。你們要以基督耶穌的心為心」 腓立比書2:4-5 禱告：天父，我願去愛並鼓勵其他人。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

Some days I face many problems. I try to solve one problem, and then another problem happens. During those times, God brings other people into my life. These people show me love, kindness and encouragement. They help me face my problems. 　The people who are kind to me are sharing God's love with me. They are encouraging me with the encouragement that they have received from other Christians. 　I want to encourage people who are discouraged. I want to show them love and kindness — just like other Christians have shown to me. But if I want to do this, I need to pay attention to verse 3 of our Bible Reading. “In whatever you do, don't let selfishness or pride be your guide. Be humble, and honor others more than yourselves.” 　Do you know people who need encouragement, kindness or love? Ask God to help you encourage them today. —CW* “Don't be interested only in your own life, but care about the lives of others too.
