今天讀的經文中，保羅談到哥林多教會的一個問題，就是有一些基督徒在爭論是誰為他們施洗的！被保羅施洗的那些人跟隨保羅，而被彼得施洗的人跟隨彼得，其他人則說，他們只跟隨基督。這個問題使哥林多教會分裂成幾個小團體，保羅在第13節說：「基督竟被分割了！」 今天我們有時候也會做同樣的事情，有一些人跟隨電視上的知名佈道家，有些人則跟隨當地教會的牧師，但是我們所有人都應該單單跟隨基督，因為「上帝使你們得以跟基督耶穌聯合……；藉著他，我們得以……成為上帝聖潔的子民，並且得到自由」（哥林多前書1:30）。 你一定要單單敬拜並跟從基督，並且要謙卑，要與其他基督徒和平相處。 －SH* 「弟兄姊妹們，我奉我們的主耶穌基督的名勸你們大家，說話要一致……，要團結，有一致的想法，有共同的目標。」 哥林多前書1:10

Agree with Each Other

In our Bible Reading today, Paul talks about a problem in the church at Corinth. Some Christians were arguing about who had baptized them! Those people who were baptized by Paul followed him. People that Peter had baptized followed Peter. Other people said that they just followed Christ. This problem divided the Corinthian church into small groups. In verse 13 Paul says, “Christ cannot be divided into different groups.” Sometimes we do the same thing today. Some people follow a famous preacher on TV. Others follow the pastor in their local congregation. But we should all be following only Christ. “It is God who has made you part of Christ Jesus...Christ is the one who set us free from sin” (1 Corinthians 1:30). Make sure that you are only worshiping and following Christ. And be humble and at peace with other Christians. —SH* “Brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, I beg all of you to agree with each other...Be completely joined together again with the same kind of thinking and the same purpose.” 1 Corinthians 1:10
