在天使見過馬利亞後，馬利亞去拜訪她的表姐伊利莎白。今天的經文告訴我們，當伊利莎白看見馬利亞時，她說：「你是女子中最蒙福的；你所懷的胎兒也是蒙福的！」（第42節）馬利亞接下來做什麼呢？她讚美上帝！第46到55節是馬利亞對上帝的讚美：「我心尊主為大；我靈以上帝─我救主為樂」（第46b-47節）。因著上帝為祂的子民以色列人所成就的一切美好事情，馬利亞讚美上帝。 馬利亞本來可以擔心將來會發生的問題，因為她未婚懷孕，人們會怎麼想呢？她會是耶穌的好母親嗎？但是馬利亞並沒有擔心這些事情，她信靠上帝並因祂的慈愛和憐憫而讚美祂。 也許你今天正面對困難，不要擔心！信靠上帝並因祂每天幫助你而讚美祂。 －JK 「因為大能的上帝為我成全了大事。他的名神聖。」 路加福音1:49

After the angel visited Mary, she went to visit her cousin, Elizabeth. Our Bible Reading tells us that when Elizabeth saw Mary, she said, “God has blessed you more than any other woman. And God has blessed the baby you will have” (verse 42). What did Mary do next? She praised God! Verses 46 through 55 are Mary’s praises to God. “I praise the Lord with all my heart. I am very happy because God is my Savior” (verses 46b-47). Mary praised God for all the wonderful things He did for His people, the Israelites. Mary could have been worried about problems that might happen in the future. What would people think because she was unmarried and pregnant? Would she be a good mother to Jesus? But Mary didn’t worry about these things. She trusted God and praised Him for His love and mercy. Maybe you are facing problems today. Don’t worry! Trust God and praise Him for helping you every day. —JK “Yes, the Powerful One has done great things for me. His name is very holy.” Luke 1:49
