　接下來幾天的每日靈修會根據聖經的記載來談耶穌的人生。
在聖誕節時我們經常會看到一些裝飾品或圖畫，上面顯示牧羊人和智者在同一時間探訪嬰孩耶穌。最近我在讀馬太福音第2章，知道了更多關於耶穌誕生的事，聖經說，牧羊人和智者並沒有在同一時間探訪嬰孩耶穌。
路加福音2:7告訴我們耶穌降生在伯利恆。路加福音2:16說牧羊人想去看「躺在馬槽裡的嬰兒」，但是今天經文閱讀的第11節說，智者「進了屋子，看見小孩子和他的母親馬利亞」。智者是在耶穌比較大的時候去看祂，而不是在一出生的時候。
知道耶穌誕生的真相是重要的事，但是更要知道的是，上帝差派祂的兒子耶穌到世上拯救我們。今天就去向人分享這個好消息！—RF*

For the next few days, our devotions will be based on Bible verses about Jesus' life on earth.
Often we see decorations or pictures at Christmastime that show the shepherds and the wise men visiting baby Jesus at the same time. Recently when I was studying Matthew, chapter 2, I learned something new about Jesus' birth. The Bible teaches that the shepherds and the wise men did not see baby Jesus at the same time.
Luke 2:7 tells us that Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Luke 2:16 says that the shepherds went to see “the baby, lying in the feeding box.” But verse 11 of our Bible Reading says that the wise men “came to the house where the child was with his mother Mary.” The wise men came to see Jesus when He was older, not right after He was born.
It is important for us to know the facts about Jesus' birth. But it is even more important for us to know that God sent His Son, Jesus, to earth to be our Savior. Share that Good News with someone today! —RF*
