當耶穌在世上的時候，祂總是非常的忙碌。今天的經文告訴我們，耶穌向人們傳講上帝、為他們醫病和趕鬼。其他經節也告訴我們，耶穌平息風浪、餵飽一大群人，以及讓人從死裡復活。 　但是，耶穌還做了一件很重要的事情：祂總是撥出時間來禱告。第35節告訴我們：「第二天一早，天還沒亮，耶穌就起來，離開屋子，到一個偏僻的地方去，在那裏禱告。」 　當身旁有人的時候，禱告是可以的，但有時候只跟上帝獨處是很好的。這就是耶穌所做的。 　如果你沒一個特別安靜的地方，也許你想要找一個，那地方可以是臥室、外面的院子或是在一個公園裡。就找一個你可以獨處並跟上帝共享一段禱告時間的地方。 －DJH* 「你禱告的時候，要進你的內室，關上門，向在隱密中的天父禱告。那位看得見你在隱密中做事的天父一定會獎賞你。」 馬太福音6:6 禱告：上帝，謝謝祢賜下耶穌禱告的榜樣。奉主的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

When Jesus lived on earth, He was always very busy. Our Bible verses today tell us that Jesus taught people about God, healed sick people and forced demons out of people. Other Bible verses tell us that Jesus stopped storms, fed large groups of people and raised people from the dead. 　But there was one other important thing that Jesus did. He always took time to pray. Verse 35 tells us, “The next morning Jesus woke up very early. He left the house while it was still dark and went to a place where he could be alone and pray.” 　It is fine to pray when other people are around, but sometimes it is good to just be alone with God. That’s what Jesus did. 　If you don’t have a special quiet place, you might want to find one. It can be in your bedroom, outside in your yard or in a park. Find a place where you can be alone and share a time of prayer with God. —DJH* “But when you pray, you should go into your room and close the door. Then pray to your Father.
