你有信心嗎？

如果請別人來描述你自己，他們會怎樣說你這個人呢？他們也許會說你很善良、人很好，也許會說你很帥氣或很漂亮，或者他們會說你很聰明，而且是一個努力工作的人。 　那麼關於「信心」呢？其他人會說你對上帝有信心嗎？若我們是基督徒，讓其他人看見我們對上帝有信心是很重要的。 　今天的聖經閱讀中，保羅告訴在帖撒羅尼迦教會的基督徒，他為著他們的信心感謝上帝，也因著他們的信心所做的工讓保羅很受激勵。 　如果保羅今天要寫信給你，他也會這樣說你嗎？你也要像在帖撒羅尼迦的信徒一樣有信心，持續愛耶穌，並在主裡堅強。—CPE* 「在我們的父上帝面前記念你們怎樣把所信的實行出來，怎樣以愛心辛勞工作，又怎樣堅守對我們的主耶穌基督的盼望。」 帖撒羅尼迦前書1:3 禱告：親愛的上帝，幫助我像帖撒羅尼迦的信徒一樣。我愛祢！奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (KCC譯/台南聖教會英語團契)

Are You Faithful?

If you ask someone to describe you, what would they say about you? They might say you are kind or nice. Maybe they would say you are handsome or pretty. Or, they might say you are smart and a very hard worker. 　How about faithful? Do other people see that you are faithful to God? If we are Christians, then it is important that others see we are faithful to God. 　In our Bible Reading, Paul told the Christians in Thessalonica that he thanked God for their faith. Paul was encouraged very much because of the work they had done as a result of their faith. 　If Paul were to write to you today, would he say the same thing about you? Be like the Thessalonians. Be faithful. Continue to love Jesus. Remain strong in the Lord! —CPE* “Every time we pray to God our Father, we thank him for all that you have done because of your faith. And we thank him for the work you have done because of your love. And we thank him that you continue to be strong because of your hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thessalonians 1:3
