聖經閱讀：耶利米書17:4-8 現代中譯本|合和本

寶寶出生前需要跟媽媽連結在一起，臍帶連結了寶寶跟媽媽，透過臍帶，寶寶得到存活所需要的一切營養。
今天經文閱讀的第8a節，先知耶利米說，信靠上帝的人會「像栽種在溪旁的樹：樹根伸入水中。」當信靠上帝時，我們就像一棵有著健康樹根的大樹，這些樹根從溪流吸取水份，若沒有水，這棵樹就會枯死。
寶寶必須跟媽媽保持連結，樹也必須連結於溪水。同樣的道理，我們也必須連結於耶穌，如果我們親近耶穌，祂會在靈性上餵養我們，並賜給我們跟祂永遠同住所需要的一切。

要讀上帝的話語，讓你在信心上成長並且更認識耶穌，同時也要跟我們的活水耶穌保持連結。 —SAH

　Before a baby is born, it is necessary for the baby to stay connected to its mother. The umbilical cord connects the baby and the mother. Through this cord, the baby gets all it needs to survive.
In verse 8a of our Bible Reading, the prophet Jeremiah said that people who trust God “will be strong like trees planted near a stream that send out roots to the water.” When we trust God, we are like a strong tree that has good roots. These roots receive water from the stream. Without water, the tree will die.
A baby needs to stay connected to its mother. And a tree needs to stay connected to the stream. In the same way, we need to stay connected to Jesus. If we stay close to Jesus, He will feed us spiritually and give us all we need to live forever with Him.

Read God's Word and grow in your faith and knowledge about Jesus. And stay connected to Jesus Who is our Living Water! —SAH
