等候 (3)

在過去的兩天，我們談到要耐心等候上帝回應我們的禱告，今天我們要來談上帝如何等候我們去跟隨祂。
以色列人沒有倚靠上帝，他們背離上帝去崇拜別國的神，但經過了這些事，上帝仍然耐心等候以色列人回轉歸向祂。今天經文閱讀的第15節說：「至高的上主─以色列神聖的上帝對他的子民說：『回來吧，安心信靠我，你們就得安全；鎮靜等待我，你們就有力量。』」
許多時候在面臨問題時，我們都倚靠自己而不是倚靠上帝來尋求解決的辦法，但是上帝正等著我們禱告來請求祂的幫助。 今天就信靠上帝，祂正等著要幫助你，祂永遠知道什麼是對你最好的。 －BH

「但是上主還在等待；他等著要施恩給你們。他要憐憫你們，因為上主是公正的上帝。信靠他的人多麼幸福啊！」 以賽亞書30:18

禱告：親愛的主，我帶著我所有的需求到祢面前，我信靠祢會看顧我。奉耶穌的名，阿們！

　For the past two days we have talked about being patient and waiting for God to answer our prayers. Today we will talk about how God is waiting for us to follow Him.
The Israelites were not depending on God. They turned away from God and worshiped foreign gods. But through all this, God was patiently waiting for the Israelites to return to Him. Verse 15 of our Bible Reading says, “The Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, says, ‘If you come back to me you will be saved. Only by remaining calm and trusting in me can you be strong.’”
Many times when we face problems, we rely on ourselves for the answers instead of depending on God. But God is waiting for us to pray and ask Him to help us.
Trust God today. He is waiting to help you. He always knows what is best for you. —BH

“So the Lord is waiting to show his mercy to you. He wants to rise and comfort you. The Lord is the God who does the right thing, so he will bless everyone who waits for his help.” Isaiah 30:18

PRAYER: Dear Lord, I come to You with all my needs. I trust You to take care of me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
