聖經閱讀：創世記2:1-3 現代中譯本|合和本

在聖經裡，七是一個相當重要的數字。在今天閱讀的經文中，我們看到上帝創造世界後在第七天休息。上帝吩咐挪亞帶七對潔淨的動物進入方舟；對以色列人來說，第七年是讓土地休息的一年；新約聖經記載耶穌被釘在十字架上時，祂說了七次話。
七這個數字在啟示錄這卷書裡也被提到很多次。約翰談到亞細亞的七個教會、七個金燈臺、七顆星和許多其他的事。
接下來的幾天，我們要來認識約翰在啟示錄第2和第3章中提到的七個教會，我們會讀到耶穌給這些教會的信息，並將這些信息應用到我們的生活中。

今天就感謝上帝賜下祂的話語──聖經，感謝祂為你創造了這個奇妙世界。—DF

　Seven is an important number in the Bible. In our Bible verses for today we see that when God created the world, He rested on the seventh day. God told Noah to take seven pairs of clean animals into the ark. For the Israelites, the seventh year was a year of rest for the land. The Gospel books of the New Testament record that Jesus spoke seven times when He was hanging on the cross.
The number seven is also mentioned many times in the book of Revelation. John talks about seven churches in Asia, seven golden lampstands, seven stars and many other things.
For the next few days we will learn about the seven churches that John mentions in Revelation, chapters 2 and 3. We will read Jesus’ messages for these churches and apply those messages to our lives.

Thank God today for His Word, the Bible. Thank Him for the wonderful world He made for you. —DF
