保羅的教導

你還記得準備「科學」或「歷史」課的考試嗎？老師會先教你相關的知識，然後，老師會給你一個考試，這個考試能讓老師知道你是否明白所學到的。 　保羅是一個很棒的老師，但是他所教導的內容遠比「科學」或「歷史」重要。保羅的教導是關於上帝和祂偉大的愛；保羅希望他所教導的人們記得他們所學的東西。 　今天的經文是一個禱告，是保羅為以弗所基督徒的代禱。在第18節，他說：「好使你們能夠跟所有上帝的子民一同體會基督的愛是多麼的長闊高深。」 　我們也一樣，必須記得從聖經裡所學到的事情，並且將它分享給其他人。今天，就找一些方法跟某人分享基督的愛。 —PD 「願你們能理解基督那超越知識所能領悟的愛，好使你們能完全被上帝的完美所充滿。」 以弗所書3:19 禱告：天父，謝謝祢幫助我了解耶穌的愛。奉主的名，阿們！ (陳美婷譯)

Do you remember studying for a science or history test? The teacher shared information with you. Later, the teacher gave you a test. This test helped the teacher know if you understood what you had been taught. 　Paul was a great teacher. But the things he taught were much more important than science or history. Paul taught about God and His great love. Paul wanted the people he taught to remember what they had learned. 　Our Bible verses today are a prayer that Paul prayed for Christians in the city of Ephesus. In verse 18 he says, “And I pray that you and all God’s holy people will have the power to understand the greatness of Christ’s love — how wide, how long, how high, and how deep that love is.” 　We, too, need to remember what we learn from the Bible and share it with other people. Look for ways to share Christ’s love with someone today. —PD “Christ’s love is greater than anyone can ever know, but I pray that you will be able to know that love.
