在詩篇86一開始的地方提到這詩篇是大衛的禱告。很多人喜愛閱讀大衛所寫的詩和禱告，我認為人們喜愛大衛的作品是因為他是一個內心很敞開、很誠實的人。 　在我的生活中，我有許多次感到很苦惱而不知道要跟上帝說什麼才好，那時候我就引用了一些大衛的禱告。 　詩篇86是一首很棒、可以成為我們的禱告的詩，這些經節告訴我們應該敬拜和讚美上帝，因為祂是美善的、憐憫人的、奇妙的、恩慈的、包容人的、信實的，以及充滿慈愛的。這些經節同時告訴我們，當我們遇到麻煩時，上帝會留心聆聽我們，並且會回應我們的禱告。 　下一次，當你不知道要禱告什麼的時候，就翻到詩篇，找一些可以向上帝表達你內心感受的經節，然後用這些話語來向上帝禱告，那麼上帝就會留心聆聽你的禱告並且以慈愛待你。 —BH 「救我脫離死亡，因為我對你忠心；拯救我，因為我是你的僕人，我信靠你。」 詩篇86:2 禱告：主，因著祢奇妙的愛和恩典，我讚美祢。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (尤榮輝譯)

The note at the beginning of Psalm 86 says that this is a prayer of David. Many people love to read the psalms and prayers written by David. I think people like David’s writings because he was a very open and honest man. 　There have been times in my life when I was so upset and overwhelmed that I did not know what to say to God. That’s when I have used some of David’s words to be my prayer. 　Psalm 86 is a great psalm for us to pray. These verses show us that we should praise and worship God because He is good, merciful, amazing, kind, patient, loyal, and full of love. These verses also tell us that God will pay attention to us and answer our prayers when we are in trouble. 　The next time you don’t know what to pray, turn to the book of Psalms. Find some verses that express your feelings for God and pray those words to Him. God will pay attention to your prayers and be kind to you. —BH “I am your follower, so please protect me.
