上帝知道
聖經閱讀：詩篇130:1-8 現代中譯本|合和本

　今天你擔心或害怕嗎？你會害怕跟別人分享你的問題嗎？你不必害怕告訴上帝你憂慮和恐懼的事。
上帝早已經知道你的憂慮、你的恐懼，以及隱藏在你內心的每一項罪惡，上帝並不會因為你的罪而感到不知所措或覺得丟臉，祂會永遠愛你，就算你是一個罪人。
你可以學像今天經文的作者，他跟上帝說： 「上主啊，我在絕望中求告你。主啊，求你垂聽我的哀號；求你聽我求助的呼聲」（第1-2 節）。你不必用任何特別的話或手語跟上帝說話，只需要將你心裡想的事告訴祂，祂總是會明白。

今天就跟上帝說話，將你的憂慮和恐懼告訴祂，然後信靠祂來安慰你、照顧你。 —GT

Are you worried or afraid today? Are you scared to share your problems with another person? You don't need to be scared to tell God about your worries and fears.
God already knows your fears, your worries and every sin that you have hidden in your heart. God isn't overwhelmed or embarrassed by your sins. He always loves you the same, even though you are a sinner.
You can be like the writer of our Bible verses today. He said to God, “Lord, I am in deep trouble, so I am calling to you for help. My Lord, listen to me. Listen to my cry for help” (verses 1-2). You don't need to use any special words or signs to talk to God. Just tell God what is in your heart. He will always understand.

Talk to God today. Tell Him your worries and your fears. Then trust Him to comfort you and take care of you. —GT
