為主而活
聖經閱讀：詩篇90:3-12 現代中譯本|合和本

每年我都會得到一本新的月曆！我等不及要把該注意的生日、紀念日和約會都寫在新的月曆上，我會想像在這些日子大概會發生什麼事情，但是只有上帝知道，當這些日子來臨時我是否仍活在世上。 　在今天的經文中，有些字句談到時間，其中有「年」、「時」、「早晨」和「晚上」。上帝希望我們利用時間為祂而活，但是我怎麼知道要為上帝做什麼呢？我可以每天讀經和禱告，我也可以遵從上帝的話語，好讓我跟祂保有一個正確的關係，第12節說：「求你教我們數算我們的年日，好使我們心有智慧。」 　我們必須每天為上帝而活，但也應該瞭解，我們並不知道隔天會發生什麼事情，所以必須好好使用每一天來服事上帝。 　那麼今天呢？今天你有為上帝而活並服事祂嗎？ —SP* 「上主啊，你的震怒幾時終止？求你憐恤你的僕人。每日清晨，求你使我們飽享你的慈愛，使我們一生充滿歡欣喜樂。」 詩篇90:13-14 禱告：主，今天我要榮耀祢的名並且為祢而活。奉耶穌的名，阿們！ (KCC譯/台南聖教會英語團契)

Every year I get a new calendar! I can’t wait to write the birthdays, anniversaries and appointments on a new calendar. I think about what will happen on these days. But only God knows if I will still be living on earth when those days come. 　In our Bible verses today, there are words that talk about time: years, hours, morning, and evening. God expects us to use our time to live for Him. But how can I know what to do for God? I can pray and read the Bible every day. I can obey God’s Word so I am in a right relationship with Him. Verse 12 says, “Teach us how short our lives are so that we can become wise.” 　We need to live each day for God. But we should realize that we do not know what will happen the next day. So we need to use each day to serve God. 　How about today? Are you living for God and serving Him? —SP* “Lord, come back to us. Be kind to your servants. Fill us with your love every morning. Let us be happy and enjoy our lives.” Psalm 90:13-14 PRAYER: Lord, I will honor You and live for You today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
